Do you offer estimates?
Yes. We provide consultations and can also provide written estimates. We’ll visit your property, discuss your goals, budget honestly, and put a detailed estimate in writing once agreed.
How long will my project take?
It depends on scope, but we’ll give you a realistic timeline before we start — and we hold ourselves to it.
Do you use subcontractors?
Yes — we hire, vet, and manage the subcontractors for your project, and we remain your single point of contact and accountability from start to finish. You deal with one team, not a dozen separate trades.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
We back our work with a written workmanship warranty, and manufacturer warranties apply to the materials we install. We’ll go over the specifics in your estimate.
